Fishing in Wyoming

Most anglers need both a fishing license AND a Conservation Stamp ($21.50), the stamp is a separate-line prerequisite, not bundled. Boaters add an AIS Decal on top. The Reciprocity Stamp at $30 is unique to Flaming Gorge: with it, a WY angler can fish the UT side of the reservoir without a UT license (UT has the matching $59 reciprocal permit going the other direction). Pioneer (long-time resident) and 50%+ disabled-veteran licenses are free.
